IT’S NOT YOU, IT’S ME
Mule Films is in production of the independent feature, It’s Not You, It’s Me directed by Nathan Ives and starring Vivica A Fox, Ross McCall and Joelle Carter. Dave, a 30-something commitment-phobe, breaks up with the love of his life thanks to conflicting advice from his outrageous, inner voices. Under pressure, he says the only thing he can think of to soften the blow, “it’s not you, it’s me.” Unfortunately, his near perfect, now ex-girlfriend Carrie has her own inner voices, pushing her to move on with the next love of her life. Dave must come to terms with the fact that there may be some truth to his break-up line before she becomes the one that got away.

Variety called the series “easily the channel’s best effort since plunging into the scripted business, a smart and funny look at a group adept at orchestrating hookups but with few genuine connections.” Music Supervisor Nic Harcourt (@nicharcourt) along with coordinators JenMalone (@jenmalone666) and Eric Weiner (@thewildhoneypie) have created the perfect soundtrack for the show’s twenty-somethings living in Brooklyn as they navigate life, love, sex, career and friendships. Playlists and free mp3 downloads for every episode (along with other MTV shows) can be found at soundtrack.mtv.com. Tune in Thursday nights at 11pm or watch full episodes, bonus scenes and extras at mtv.com
